Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
The following error may be generated when users try and create a calendar in Oracle Transportation Management ( OTM ) via the User Interface:

Exception Cannot add the ACTIVITY_CALENDAR record. ACTIVITY_CALENDAR_ID must be unique

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Try and create a calendar

-- Business Impact:
Unable to create new calendars or modify existing calendars
