Goal

The purpose of this document is to describe:

How to setup multiple approvers for iStore user registration approvals so that only one of the approvers could approve. No need of serial approvals by all approvers.
How to make iStore primary Users of the organization As Approvers Along with Internal approvers?

In this Document

1. Create DUMMY user and Assign to JTF_PRIMARY_USER role

A. Create a DUMMY user

B. Assign this DUMMY user with the JTF_APPROVER role

C. Set this DUMMY user as approver

D. Set JTF_PRIMARY_USER profile

E. Create 2 approval only users in FND FORMs (Say APPR1 and APPR2).

F. Assign JTF_APPROVER and JTF_SYSTEM_ADMIN_ROLE roles to these users: APPR1 and APPR2

2. Register Primary User of the Organization with iStore.
