Goal

How to change the location of the TMPDIR where 'f60webmx' processes will write *.TMP files when
using Forms in 11i.

OR

How to change the location of the TMPDIR where 'frmweb' processes will write *.TMP files when
using Forms in R12.

Note: If there are space restrictions, you may get error "FRM-41839: Disk I/O error on
temporary record buffer file"
