Goal

Is there a process that will allow the 'Remove' button in the View Hierarchy screen available in the Customer Online Data Librarian Super User responsibility to be Disabled?

The Remove button is not listed in any of the ACTIONS table in the personalization screen and there is no System Administrator Application Function which implements this functionality.
