Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5.04, Find that the planning of a multi-leg, multi-modal Shipment, the last leg of the Move is set with an Exaggerated Service Time resulting in the last leg being pushed to nearly 60 days

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the Service time is not exaggerated and pushed forward by 60 days

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up a multi-leg, multi-modal move with fixed service time for the legs
2. Use Day Duration rate service for all legs
3. Plan this move and see that the last leg's service time is pushed forward by 60 days with
respect to the arrival time at the previous leg
