Symptoms
Failed logins to Oracle Applications via discoverer should be recorded in the <OWNER>.FND_UNSUCCESSFUL_LOGINS table (which they are not) not in SYS.AUD$.
Applying 11i.ATG_PF.H.6. did not help.
