When attempting to Request Help from an existing cart in iStore, the following error occurs:

Application Error

The application is currently not available or an unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later.
If this message persists, please contact the system administrator.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iStore as existing user with customer account
2. Create shopping cart
3. From shopping cart screen, select "Actions > Request Help"
4. Enter request help information and click submit
5. Error occurs
