OKC Error Messages in Service Contracts Are Not User Friendly (Doc ID 760905.1)

Symptoms

In performing various functions in Service Contracts users receive errors that are very unclear.
These errors may be any of the following:

OKC_REQUIRED_LINE_FIELD
OKC_CONTRACTS_REQUIRED_VALUE
OKC_K2O_CUSTOMER3
OKC_CONTRACTS_INVALID_VALUE

These errors can be received in QA Check results, log files and various other places in Service Contracts and are not helpful at all to the user.
