Symptoms
After DB upgrade from 10.2.0.2 to 10.2.0.3 on Ebiz R12 12.0.3 version
seeing following invalid objects :
Steps To Reproduce:

Apply 10.2.0.3 patchset, run Upgrade Driver and then run utlrp.sql to validate all the invalid objects. Above mentioned objects will not get validated.
