Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
When responding as supplier to invitation to register the new prospective Supplier is asked for username and password which is not known at this step.
If a valid application's user is entered the responsibility switches to a valid procurement responsibility and the page opens successfully, but prospective suppliers will not know a valid application username and password

-- Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on URL which was sent to the new supplier: http://<servername>/OA_HTML/jsp/pos/suppreg/SupplierRegister.jsp?ouid=<valid OUI>
- or try to resume a previous registration that was Saved for later by the prospective supplier
2. See the prompt for username and password

NOTE: Enter valid credentials for an internal user and see the following message displayed:
"Message: The current responsibility context has been switched to: <any purchasing responsibility>"
