Goal
How do you change the 'Rate' field in the Tax Details window for any update in the Tax Amount?
For example, if the invoice amount is $100.00 and the tax percentage calculated is 1%..ie $1.00
You now want to change the amount of tax to $10.00 and have the tax percent updated accordingly to 10%
