Unable to Assign an Auto-created Task to a Resource

Oracle Service - Version: 12.0
When a Service Request is created with Auto-Task Creation, the Service Request Owner and the Task Owner are automatically picked up by Assignment Manager based on the Territory Definition.
However, the Task Assignee field remains blank.
