Symptoms

In R12, when attempting to log in to E-Bussiness Suite (EBS) using HTTP://HOST.DOMAIN:PORT/,
the following error occurs:

ERROR
500 Internal Server Error
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError at
oracle.apps.fnd.sso.AppsLoginRedirect.AppsSetting(AppsLoginRedirect.java:126) at
oracle.apps.fnd.sso.AppsLoginRedirect.init(AppsLoginRedirect.java:170) at com.evermind[Oracle

Containers for J2EE 10g (10.1.3.0.0)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Clone existing R12 Environment
2. Log-in to EBS using URL HTTP://HOST.DOMAIN:PORT/


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access/use the Cloned environment.
