Goal

In a non WMS Organization,Two Picking Rules have been created for picking process.
One Rule is for the OPM Batch Picking Process and another Rule is for Sales Order(OM)
Picking Process.

There is an inconsistency when two Inventory Picking Rules (One is for OM and another
one is for OPM )were created, the system doesnt use both rules for thier respective
purposes.

However, when the Picking Rule for OM is disabled in the Org and only the OPM Picking
Rule is enabled, then OPM Rule is working fine. Sameway If we disable the OPM Rule,
OM is working fine.

Example :

Defined below Rules
Navigation : Inventory >Setup >Rules > Picking (INVPCKRL)

Rule -A --> This Rule has been created for OPM Batch(WIP) Picking Process
Rule -B --> This Rule has been created for Sales Order Picking Process.

In the Rules workbench (WMSRLWBF), Above Rules have been included in the below sequence.

Picking Rule Form > Assignment > Rules Workbench (WMSRLWBF)

Sequence Rule Name
10 Rule -A
20 Rule -B

With the above Setup, OPM Batch (WIP) Picking process is working as expected
whereas the Sales Order Picking Process is not working as expected.

Now Sequence has been changed as below

Sequence Rule Name
10 Rule -B
20 Rule -A

With the above Setup, Sales Order Picking process is working as expected
whereas the Batch Picking Process is not working as expected.

What is the setup required so that system will make use of both rules for thier
respective purpose.. i.e, Rule -B for OPM Batch(WIP) Picking and Rule -A for SO Picking.?
