In Customer Profile Field ‘Tax Registration Number' Is Read Only In Release 12.0.6 (Doc ID 762042.1)

This note has been set to Archived/Internal. Please review content on this topic in <Note 796619.1>, Customer Form, Profile Issue: Cannot Update Tax Registration Num In Customer Profile Form, Causes Unsynchronized Data in TCA and Ebtax

After upgrading from 12.0.4 to 12.0.6, under the customer Profile tab,
the field ‘Tax Registration Number' is Read only. There is only prompt and no field .


### Steps to Reproduce ###
Release 12.0.6 
1. Customer -> Customer
2. Search any Customer, Open the Customer Party
3. Go to Profile Tab
4. Prompt Tax Registration Num is there, but the field is not there

Release 12.0.3
1. Customer -> Customer
2. Search any Customer, Open the Customer Party
3. Go to Profile Tab
4. Prompt Tax Registration Num is there, the field is there as well
.
