Symptoms

When trying to use the API PA_PROJECT_PUB.CREATE_PROJECT & PA_PROJECT_PUB.UPDATE_PROJECT to create & update project information, the following error occurs :

Msg1: Function Security determine access to this function.
You are not authorized to perform this action.
