Material Lines In The Debrief Disappear After Applying in Field Service Technical Portal.

This problem can occur on any platform.
In the Field Service Technician Portal (FSTP)Page, when querying a Debrief Task and attempting
to add a Material Line, after clicking Apply, the line does not appear on the page.
Expect the new line to appear on the page under the Material section where it was created.
Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Debrief form for any Task.
2. Click the Add Another Row button under the Material section
3. Enter required information
4. Click Apply
5. Issue occurs: The material does not show after clicking apply.
