Notify Email Subject Contains Errant Curly Brace Before Second Variable Inserted (Doc ID 762832.1)

Symptoms

An agent is configured to NOTIFY INVOLVED PARTY with a subject that includes a two Variables from the Assign Variable agent action which have blank spaces in their values. When the notification is received, the second variable includes a "{" character before the value. The logs indicate that this
variable does not include this "{" character.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create an agent with:

a. Two Assign Variables that include spaces in their content.
b. Notify Involved Party with a subject using the above variables.

2. Trigger the agent to execute therefore creating the Notification and Subject.
3. Email received has a subject with an extra "{" character.
