When shipments are built for a range or orders, and these orders are allocated, the orders can end up being not allocated, or carry more than one allocation. This can even result in when attempting to allocate a shipment, the following error is presented:

Allocation::storeResults - Status says allocated, but couldn't find alloc

The status of the shipment is ALLOCATION_SHIPMENT_NOT_ALLOCATED
