Symptoms

When attempting to run Participation Process: Compensation Workbench the following error occurs:

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20001: BEN_94676_CWB_SUMM_RFRSH_RUNNG:

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
US Super HRMS Manager:
Create a cwb plan and run the "Participation Process: Compensation Workbench" for couple of employees.

HR Professional -> Personalize few columns with Dynamic calculations.
Add few records via standard rates for getting values to personalized columns.
Back out the participation process.
Re run the participation process.
It errors out with the above error.
