Goal
In <bug 4050078>, the following issue was described:
The action history of an approval notification having been approved by several users, as per an approval hierarchy, shows "Workflow System" as the "To" role, instead of the actual approver name. The fix for 11i is available through ATG_PF.H.Rollup 7, and for R12, the fix is available in 12.0.6.
This note explains why the "To" Role" in Action History of an approval notification still shows as "Workflow System", instead of approver name, although fix for bug 4050078 has been applied.
