Symptoms

Interface Trip Stop(ITS) periodically completes with the following error:



ERROR

Error in split_line User-Defined Exception
error in Ship_Confirm_Line User-Defined Exception
error in handle_nonbulk_mode User-Defined Exception
ENTER Save_API_Messages
l_errmsg User-Defined Exception
L_MSG_DATA=Record is currently being worked on by another user,
Please try to update it later.

-or-

Order Number :000000 Line Number :11
Message : Another user is working in the row.
Try to refresh later.

Changes

This can happen when there are multiple delivery details for an order line where not all delivery details are shipped and some still need to be pick released.
For example where ITS is attempting to split the line:

Line 1.1 - Ordered qty = 31

2 delivery details for line 1.1:

DDT 111111: Shipped but not interfaced to OM for a qty of 17
DDT 222222: Ready to Release for a qty of 14
