OEOIMP: Error Messages Not Displayed Order Corrections Error Form (Doc ID 779555.1)

Symptoms

On Release 12.0.6 and later:
Find that after importing orders using the Order Import concurrent process, errors are not shown via the Order Import Corrections Window.

However, if the orders are imported via the Corrections Window after the error flag is removed, the Corrections Window will display the error messages.

Expect for the errors to be displayed via the Order Import Corrections Window after the concurrent request runs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
User: Any user that has Order Management Super User responsibility.

1) Import Header and Line Information with some incorrect data - say, provide incorrect
inventory_item_id value for the line item into Order Interface tables: OE_HEADERS_IFACE_ALL and
OE_LINES_IFACE_ALL.

2) Run the Order Import Concurrent Program

3) Verify the "View Output" contents - It can be found that the order failed with the information -
Enter the required information - Inventory Item

4) Navigate to:
Order Management Super User/ Orders, returns/ Order Import/ Corrections window.

5) Click on Errors - It can be observed that the Process Messages form shows no data. No field in
the form is populated.
