Error AHL_UMP_INVALID_STTS_CHNG When Using API AHL_PRD_WORKORDER_PUB To Change Work Order Status

When attempting to change the status of the work orders by using the API AHL_PRD_WORKORDER_PUB.process_workorder, the following error occurs:
"Cannot change status from 3 to 4"
[e.g. "Cannot change status from &FROM_STATUS to &TO_STATUS"]
Expecting the changing of work order status from Released (Status 3) to Complete (Status 4) to be successful.
From the Application screen of the work orders, changing a work order from Released (3) to Complete
(4) status completes without any errors.
Use the API call 'AHL_PRD_WORKORDER_PUB.process_workorder' to change a work order's status from Released (Status 3) to Complete (Status 4)
