Symptoms
The requirement is to have the concurrent output produce files with a 664 permission
You have modified APPLMSK to 002 in $FND_TOP/fndenv
You have also modified the umask to 002 in $FND_TOP/bin/startmgr.sh with no luck
gsmstart.sh also has umask 002
.
