GLPARV - Auto Reversal

Symptoms

New Setup of Release 12 Oracle General Ledger.

You have enabled auto reversal for some categories in a Secondary Ledger and not the Primary Ledger.
When the journals are replicated to the Secondary Ledger, the reversal period does not default into the new journal. This is an issue as the need is to run the autoreversal program to reverse these journals and without the period assigned they will not be selected for reversal.

You can directly create a manual journal in the Secondary Ledger for the autoreversal enabled category and the period defaults... this appears to work without issue. The replicated journals in the Secondary Ledger can be edited to select the reversal period via the Enter Journals form list of values, but you expect the value to default in and not have to be manually set.

Workaround:
Manually assign the reversal period to the Secondary Ledger journals.
As the automatic insertion of the reversal period is not occurring this takes extra time to do it manually.
