Retropay Error: ORA-20001: You Cannot Create an Entry Past the Termination Rule Date

Symptoms
When a Terminated Employee is processed under Enhanced RetroPay, if the Reprocess Date is set to time frame prior to the element being modified to use a POST_TERM_RULE of Actual Termination the following error is seen :
"ORA-20001: You cannot create an entry past the termination rule date.
