Timezone Displayed In View/View Events Screen and not in Track and Trace Screen (Doc ID 780513.1)

Oracle Transportation Management - Version: 5.5.04.01 to 5.5.05.04
This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5.04.01, Find that the timezone of the Pickup and Delivery Dates of an Order is not displayed
in the Trace/Trace screen while this information is shown in other screens such as, Order Release
View, Shipment Events ( order Section) etc

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the track and trace screen shows the time zone of the location associated with the
Pickup and Delivery dates

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Transportation Planning and Execution - Visibility - Orders/Shipments
2. Go to the Order Release Tab and provide an Order Release ID and Hit search
3. Click on one of the Order Release records displayed in the results and select actions -
Track/Trace
4. The track and trace displays but the order's Pickup and Delivery Dates are displayed with out
the Time zone in their values
