Symptoms

Attempting to use the Copy - File functionality generates the following error:

An error occurred while attempting to receive the output arguments of the remote procedure. Function ncrorou returned error code 3010.  The Applications File Server process may have exited abnormally.
Please contact your system administrator. FS-CANT OPEN TEMPFILE

FNDWRR is generating an FS-CANT OPEN TEMPFILE error.
