Unable To Find Correct Data When Searching By Description (Doc ID 780934.1)

Goal

When searching a shipment or an invoice and try to do a search by accessorial description, typing in 'LIFT', for example, in the description returns no results, even though there is an accessorial with that description associated to shipments. The accessorial descriptions stored in the dbs includes lower case letters.  When you enter the description to search by, it converts it to the upper case and does not find any matches.
