Symptoms
On 12.0.5 in Production:
When attempting to view activities associated with an asset and its children in the Activity Workbench, EAMITMWB, the following errors occur:
ERROR
ORA-1422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
ORA-6512: at "APPS.EAM_ACTIVITYUTILITIES_PVT", line 1689
ORA-6512: at line 1
