Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
When attempting to perform 'Ready to Ship' action on Order Base Ship Unit, the following error occurs:

ERROR
javax.servlet.ServletException: File "/jsp/actions/ObShipUnit/READY_TO_SHIP_OB_SHIP_UNIT/Nav.jspx" not found

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Order Management > Purchase Order.
2. Click on Order Base Line / Order Base Ship Unit.
3. Click on Search > Select any record and click on Actions button.
4. Click on 'Ready to Ship' action.
5. Similarly select any Order Release and click on 'Confirm to Ship' action.
