Changing Password Via Command Prompt Not Taking Effect (Doc ID 781811.1)

-- Problem Statement:

After running the following command in order to reset the Password for an OTM User via command line: <glog_properties_path> <user> <password> <ifPasswords>

a new attempt to log into OTM with the new password is not successful. The user is successfully logged in using the old password.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log onto OTM Server.
2. Execute the script from the <otm_home>/otm/install directory.
3. Go to the directory: <otm_home>/glog/oracle/script8.
4. Execute the following command: <glog_properties_path> <user> <password> <ifPasswords>

5. Attempt to log into OTM using the new password.

This fails, however attempts to log using the old password are successful.
