Q1: Questions on Recommended Database Settings:
For OPTIMIZER_MODE, Documentation recommends the value to be set to choose option but in 10.2
database this option is deprecated.
Is it mandatory to set it or it is better to leave the parameter at 10.2 default (all_rows)?
Q2: For OPTIMIZER_INDEX_CACHING Documentation recommends to set it to 50. Is it mandatory to set it to this value?
