Symptoms

When attempting to perform an iSetup migration of Jobs and Grades, the following error occurs:

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Click on Function 'Extracts' under iSetup
2. Select 'Upload'
3. Select the Extract File to upload.
4. Review the status of the upload.
5. Look in the load detail screen, the job would complete with warning/error message.
