When attempting to do background check, the following error occurs:
Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iRecruitment Manager ->
2. Search for Vacancies ->
3. Select Vacancy Name radio button ->
4. Click on View Applicants button >
5. Click Applicant Name >
6. On Applicant Details page,
7. Click the 'Background Check' button
