Forgot Password Email URL for Supplier Wrongly Pointing to Internal Server

The issue happens when using Forgot Password reset option. The user can login to the external site and browse to password reset functionality. The workflow that is generate has the internal "Applications Web Agent" profile as the log in URL which external people cannot get to. URL should point to external server for external users.
