Null Pointer When Creating Order release- Unknown service: ejb.OrderReleaseLineLoadConfig (Doc ID 782269.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
After upgrading to 5.5 CU5 from a previous 5.5 CU3 version on an OTM installation using WebSphere as the Application Server, the following error is encountered when trying to create Order release- Unknown service: ejb.OrderReleaseLineLoadConfig.


After reviewing the logs, following error can be found:Exception Unknown service: ejb.OrderReleaseLineLoadConfig. 
javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Context: pl1ua120Node01Cell/nodes/pl1ua120Node01/servers/server1, name: ejb.OrderReleaseLineLoadConfig.
: First component in name ejb.OrderReleaseLineLoadConfig. not found. [Root exception is
org.omg.CosNaming.NamingContextPackage.NotFound: IDL:omg.org/CosNaming/NamingContext/NotFound:1.0]
javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Context:pl1ua120Node01Cell/nodes/pl1ua120Node01/servers/server1, name: ejb.OrderReleaseLineLoadConfig.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.upload the order base insert xml
2.check on the log
3.Order base created
4.Order release not created. Got a error Unknown service: ejb.OrderReleaseLineLoadConfig.
