Symptoms
On 2.6.3.0 Message Designer:
The XML file that gets generated during the punchout process is not as per the template provided by the vendor. This will require to change
the mapping in xgm file. When the xgm map file is opened in the message designer, it cannot be edited. We need to delete XML Tags but
there is no delete option in the designer.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The Message Designer allows to add or delete the XML Tags (Elements) to extend the mapping capabilities.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Get a copy of mapping xgm file on your PC where Message Designer is installed. E.g. $PO_TOP/patch/115/xml/US/cxml_orderrequest.xgm.
2. Open the Message Designer 2.6.3.0.
3. Open the mapping file. E.g. cxml_orderrequest.xgm.
4. Go To Element Mapping tab and high light an element. There is no option on this tab to delete an element (XML Tags).
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
The XML Gateway provides the capability to send or receive the data in XML format. This data is sent or received under pre-defined XML Tags.
If this data is not defined with correct XML Tags, it gets rejected. In this case, the customer's vendor is not receiving the data
with correct XML Tags and is being rejected. That fails to complete the transaction. It means, the customer will not be
able to do his business.
