Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
Find The French DAS2 form shows APE code with only 4 digits, but APE code has 5 digits from 2008

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the APE code fields to be for 5 digits both in the DAS2 form and the DAS2 extract file

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the French DAS2 Verification report
2. Navigate to the French DAS2 form
Type 10 and Type 20 shows APE code field, but it only displays 4 digits, but the APE code is
actually a 5 digit code
3. Run the French DAS2 Extract file, the output shows the APE code with only 4 digits

-- Business Impact:
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot produce a correct file to send to tax authorities in France
