On 12.04 in Production:
Find that Documents of Record records are not displayed in SSHR after upgrading to release 12.0.4.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect Documents of Record records to get displayed correctly.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Employee Self Service
2. Navigation: Documents of Record
3. Shows previously uploaded documents
4. Press Create Document of Record button
5. Get error:
The webpage cannot be found
