Symptoms

Find unable to release credit check holds after HRMS <Patch: 6699770> and OM Cumulative <Patch: 6856351> were applied.
Receive a Process Error stating

ERROR
----------
You are not authorized to Release this Hold. User-Defined Exception in Package OE_credit_check_order_PVT Procedure Release_Order_CC_Hold.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------
Expect hold to automatically release if changes are made to order that falls under the credit limit

STEPS
---------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Navigate to: Orders, Returns>Sales Orders
3. Enter order with pricing on the lines
4. Book the order
5. Receive note that order is on Credit Check Failure hold.
6. Go to the lines and delete the price and enter 0 and save.
   Instead of receiving the note the order is off of hold,
    receive the Process message of
      You are not authorized to Release this Hold.
      User-Defined Exception in Package OE_credit_check_order_PVT
      Procedure Release_Order_CC_Hold


Changes

Applied HRMS <Patch: 6699770> and OM Cumulative <Patch: 6856351> were applied.
