Disabling Line Dff While Copying Order Does Not Prevent DFF Copy

Find after setting up customized personalzations to do a copy function which disables the 'Copy Line DFF' process, that the Line DFF's on the Source order are still being copied to the new sales order lines.
Expect the copy function in the Personalizations will disallow the line DFF's from being copied.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Manually disabling the Line DFF and verified that the copied order doesn't contain line DFF.
1. Tested by doing a personalization on the line DFF i.e., the value as 'F' and tried to copy the
order, the copied order contains values in the line DFF.
2. Checked with System parameters value ( Order Mangerment Responsibility : Setup>System
Parameters > Values - "Call line DFF extension API in COPY" as "No".
Copied order, but still the line DFF value is flowing in the copied order as well.
