Setup Performance Issue: Open/Close Form (ARXSUMPS.fmb) has Performance Issues - Cannot Close AR Period (Doc ID 783867.1)

Symptoms

When trying to close AR Period, the application hangs and period cannot be closed.

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Control > Accounting > Open/Close Periods

Review of TKPROF shows the following problematic statement:
