Creating an Auto Assign Rule Results in the Error Message 'Attempting to Save New Auto Assignment Rule'.

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:

When creating an Auto Assignment Rule, after saving the new rule and attempting to edit it again, it is noticed that the "Auto Assign Type ID" (selected when creating the rule) is no longer populated. Attempting to save this again, causes the following error message:

"Auto Assign Type ID is required"

-- Steps To Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Business Process Automation -> Agents and Milestones -> Auto Assignment Rule.
2. Click New.
3. Enter an ID for the Auto Assign Rule ID.
4. Select Auto Assign Type ID of ORDER_RELEASE_INVOLVED_PARTY (for example).
5. Click "Criteria".
6. Click "Definition".
7. Click "Finished".
8. Click on "Edit" to see your new Rule. Notice the Auto Assign Type ID is empty.
9. Click on "Finished". This will cause the following message:

"Auto Assign Type ID is required"
