Saved Query Not Visible In Search Screen Drop-Down List (Doc ID 784037.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
When trying to upload the csv of saved queries with User in Finder un checked,not able to find the
saved query in the search screen.If the User in Finder is checked,then would be available in the
search screen.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1 - In the glog.properties file at both app and web server, set the properties
glog.savedquery.show_all_savedqueries=true
glog.droplistcache.exclude=glog.server.query.powerdata.SavedQueryQuery and restart the system.

2. Upload saved queries with "use in finder" unchecked via csv

3 - Go to the object type finder screen, check in the "Saved Queries" drop down list and notice
that the created saved query is not listed there.
