How To Resend Notifications That Failed (Doc ID 784040.1)

There are many email notifications that have not been delivered from the email server to the recipients. The issue has been resolved and email notifications are being delivered. However the email notifications sent from the applications during the occurrence of the problem have not been delivered.  The notifications are identified notification from the wf_notification_out queue and these were sent during the period when the email server issue was active. They have a STATUS of 'OPEN' and a MAIL_STATUS of 'SENT'.

 How could these notifications be regenerated?
