When attempting to complete an ATP check in iStore the following error occurs, however in Order Management the ATP check completes without errors
When submitting an order from Quoting, seeing ATP related messages
ATP failed for inventory_item_id= xxx, error_code=85, error_message=The requested item or one of
its components is not collected.
Scheduling failed. No APS instance defined. Set APS instance and run collections

1. In iStore select the ATP check for the item
1. In Quoting, submit order
