Reserve Responsibility Ledger Report Output Returns "No Data Found" after After Running Depreciation without Close (Doc ID 784200.1)

After running depreciation without close, the current period Reserve Responsibility Ledger Report output returns "No Data Found" on the first run but returns data on subsequent runs. 

Steps to reproduce are as follows:

1.  Run Depreciation for current period with "Close Period" check box unchecked.
2.  Run the concurrent request Reserve Responsibility Ledger Report using current period
     as the Period parameter.  Output returns "No Data Found".
3.  Again run the concurrent request Reserve Responsibility Ledger Report using current period
     as the Period parameter. Output returns expected data.
