This problem can occur on any platform.
1. Create an Invoice in Receivables and add an Attachment to it at either Header or Line level.
2. Copy this Invoice using Actions>Copy To from the Toolbar.
3. The new Invoice is created successfully but none of the attachments are seen on this Invoice.
